Join the Advertising Disputes & Litigation Committee!
The Advertising Disputes and Litigation (ADL) Committee
provides valuable content on all contested advertising
matters, including litigation, self-regulation, and other
forms of dispute resolution. More specifically, ADL
covers consumer class actions, competitor challenges
under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, and advertising
litigation with the Federal Trade Commission. ADL also
monitors and reports on other adversarial proceedings,
primarily before the Advertising Self-Regulation Council,
with emphasis on National Advertising Division (NAD),
National Advertising Review Board, and Electronic
Retailing Self- Regulation Program cases.
