Mission Statement
The Trial Practice Committee sponsors programs focusing on antitrust trial work and courtroom advocacy, including a mock trial held annually at the Antitrust Spring Meeting. The Committee focuses on training the next generation of antitrust trial lawyers, as well as providing deeper insight into the evolving trial practice procedures for civil and criminal litigation involving government enforcers.
