Privacy and Information Security Committee

The Privacy and Information Security Committee (PRIS) focuses on development in data privacy, information, and cyber security, providing updates on major developments and analyzing salient issues. Members work on data privacy, information and cyber security issues relating to law enforcement, rulemakings, policy issues and other actions taken by the FTC, DOJ, Commerce, CFPB, FCC, other federal agencies, state attorneys general, and their international counterparts. Members receive timely domestic and international updates on key developments in litigation, technology, business practices, legislation, regulatory and self-regulatory initiatives.
