Mission Statement
The Mergers and Acquisitions Committee is the Section’s home for members interested in the treatment of acquisitions under U.S. and international antitrust and competition laws. The Committee offers a range of resources for in-house and outside counsel and economists who provide advice and counseling on mergers and acquisitions, assist clients in obtaining governmental approval of transactions from federal, state, and foreign competition authorities or participate in litigation of government.
