Mission Statement
The Legislation Committee is responsible for informing members about federal and state legislation that raises antitrust and/or consumer protection issues, as well as developments relating to the antitrust or consumer protection agencies and enforcers. We identify, follow and report on legislation that may impact antitrust or consumer protection, committee hearings or appointments that may impact Section members and their practices.
