The Intellectual Property Committee focuses on providing useful and timely information on the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property law, whether in the context of civil litigation, agency enforcement, counseling questions, or national and international policy debates. We offer committee programs on topics of immediate interest, on broader issues of law and policy, including a bi-annual “IP and Antitrust Conference” to provide cutting-edge information from some of the leading practitioners and scholars in IP and antitrust law.
