The Global Private Litigation Committee focuses on private antitrust enforcement, primarily litigation, around the world. The Committee tracks and highlights current and influential efforts in private antitrust enforcement outside of the United States and compares those activities to civil litigation in the United States. The Committee focuses on the important aspects of each international regime and analyses the interplay as global recovery and defense strategies emerge.
