Foreign Investment and National Security Committee

The Committee on Foreign Investment and National Security focuses on developing thought leadership, publications and programming to advance dialogue regarding the intersection of competition law enforcement, foreign investment and national security reviews, especially in light of significant geopolitical developments in recent years. The Committee also will monitor developments in foreign investment reviews of mergers, and provide practitioners with guidance on latest developments, applicable standards and practical insights on what to expect and how to prepare for interactions with foreign investment regulators around the globe.
