Mission Statement
The Economics Committee contributes economics-related expertise and content relevant to antitrust law and policy through programs, and publications providing background in economics fundamentals covering the full range of antitrust topics. These programs include an annual program on “Antitrust Economics Fundamentals” at the Spring Meeting, Committee programs, and other CLE programs. Additionally, we sponsor programs featuring the chief economists at the DOJ Antitrust Division, the FTC, and the European Commission.
