Mission Statement
The Civil Practice and Procedure Committee focuses on all aspects of antitrust pretrial practice and procedure. The Committee focuses especially on several foundational issues of interest to the bar including class actions, pleading and summary judgment standards, elements of a private suit, elements and calculations of damages, and defenses.
