Mission Statement
The Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee provides insight and emphasis on cross border cooperation and leniency as well as enforcement developments and priorities outside of the United States. They also provide bi-monthly update programs to keep members informed on new cartel enforcement and potential liability of technology platforms in the U.S. and abroad.
