    Our Committees

    Our ABA Antitrust Law Section offers over 30 practice-specific antitrust committees that provide members with access to a wealth of valuable resources. These resources include newsletters, webinars, in-person and virtual meetings, and interactive communities. By joining a committee, members can also take advantage of unique networking opportunities, contribute content, and even take on leadership roles.     Who We Are

    The Antitrust Section has over 5,000 members who actively participate in the Section's substantive law and administrative committees. These committees work on various projects such as creating programs and publications and preparing policy comments for enforcers and agencies worldwide. Being a member of the Antitrust Section is the best way to stay up to date with antitrust, consumer protection, and data privacy developments, and to network with the best professionals in these fields. We welcome you to join one or more of our committees and contribute to the analysis of cutting-edge legal and policy issues through the Section's publications, CLE programs, legislative reports, and other similar activities.

    The Antitrust Law Section recognizes member achievement via a collection of awards, initiative, and fellowships. These are designed to honor antitrust professionals, promote the Section’s mission, and further development and improvement in the field of antitrust, consumer protection, and data privacy. We recognize outstanding antitrust professionals with the Lifetime Achievement Award, the Outstanding Performance Award, Bar Service Award, Distinguished Public Service Award, and the Young Lawyer Innovative Service Award. We also support the work of our up-and-coming professionals through the Antitrust Student Diversity Stipend Program, the Harvey Saferstein Consumer Protection Student Essay Contest, the International Scholar-in-Residence Program, and more.
