The first ABA committee to focus its activities on the legislative branch of government, the Committee addresses the interests of lawyers working with and in both the Congress and state legislatures. Committee projects include assessment of federal regulation of lobbying, examination of the application of conflict-of-interest rules to lobbyists, and review of congressional investigatory procedures.
