About
The Committee considers judicial review of administrative actions and the criteria by which those actions are reviewed, including such matters as preclusion-of-review statutes, venue, sovereign immunity, scope-of-review standards, preparation of a record for review, and related current developments in Congress, the courts and agencies.
The Committee holds teleconferences and develops CLE panels for Section programs that focus on current Supreme Court cases, and places them in context of other historical Supreme Court rulings.
