Established in 1989, the Mary C. Lawton Award for Outstanding Government Service honors outstanding contributions to the development, implementation, or improvement of administrative law and regulatory practice that reflects sustained excellence in performance.
Award for Scholarship in Administrative Law
The Award for Scholarship in Administrative Law recognizes the best work of administrative law scholarship for the prior year, including new and timely insight into a current issue or a new theoretical construct that will aid in the understanding or development of administrative law.
Gellhorn-Sargentich Law Student Essay Award Competition
Established in 2006, the Gellhorn-Sargentich Law Student Essay Award Competition encourages law students to participate in Section activities, pursue careers in administrative law, and contribute to scholarship in the field.

Established in 2021, the Prospective Administrative Law Scholars Fellowship is a two-year program that pairs fellows with mentors in the legal academy and provides other support for entry into legal teaching.
