    Notice and Comment Blog

    Notice & Comment, a blog from the Yale Journal on Regulation and the ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice, is managed by the Yale Journal on Regulation. The blog seeks to facilitate dialogue between legal scholars and practitioners about a wide variety of regulatory topics, including administrative law generally, financial regulation, corporate law, environmental law, bankruptcy law, and tax law. The blog takes a broad view of regulation, and welcomes contributions from legal scholars and practitioners that may inform our understanding of public regulation in its various forms.

    Administrative Law Review

    The Administrative Law Review (ALR) is published four times annually by the students of American University Washington College of Law in conjunction with the American Bar Association's Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. The ALR strives to develop legal research and writing skills of students while publishing articles that serve both practitioners and academics. Each issue is a nexus of theory and practice containing articles by practicing lawyers, judges, and academics.
