The Uncertain Future of EPA’s Endangerment Finding and EPA Regulation of Greenhouse Gases

The Endangerment Finding is the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) bedrock climate change decision from which years of subsequent climate change regulation have followed. This panel will discuss the means by which the EPA and White House can seek to reverse the Finding, the likely course of litigation challenging that decision, and the impact such action would have on existing and future climate change regulation on the state and federal level.
