Grab your favorite cup of tea or coffee and take an hour-break as we chat with Jennifer Karpchuk. Jennifer is Chair of Chamberlain Hrdlicka's state and local tax practice, specializing in litigation, compliance, and planning across various state and local tax issues.

She is also an adjunct professor for Villanova University's Graduate Tax program. Jennifer serves in a number of leadership roles, including as the current Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Tax Section, and a Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s State and Local Tax Committee. During 2021, Jennifer was appointed by Philadelphia's Mayor Kenney and City Council to the city’s 2021 Tax Reform Working Group, and she is currently on Philadelphia's Tax Reform Commission. Jennifer is co-author of the Pennsylvania Tax Handbook and also writes for various legal publications. She has been consistently ranked both in Chambers and named as a US News Best Lawyer in America since 2021.
