Jones and Elizabeth Freeman (the judge's former law clerk and a former law firm partner who practiced in Jones' court). Issues will focus on the duties of lawyers and law firms to determine the existence of personal relationships; responses that may (or must) be taken; disclosure obligations under the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure; ethical implications; and civil, criminal and procedural issues.
