      The panelists will provide an overview of sub-licensing transaction structure and discuss advanced considerations in utilizing this model to expand a brand in multiple jurisdictions. Further, benefits and disadvantages of the model will be discussed. Risk mitigation, including assisting in-house business team members with developing candidate approval processes and developing brand policies on how to support and monitor master franchisee activities will also be discussed.
