      An overview of the recent changes to the ESA regulations and implications these changes will have on projects subject to ESA consultation will be provided, as well as a review of recent and expected species listings that will have broad applicability to projects in the energy sector. Trends in case law and in the siting and permitting of infrastructure projects will be shared. The program will conclude with some recommended best practices for practitioners in this area.
