      Split-Dollar is a way to pay life insurance premiums. The ability to allocate economic rights of a life insurance contract can be perplexing and fascinating. The speakers will provide a brief history of split dollar, tips on how to design split dollar arrangements for use in business planning and estate planning, discuss the status of inter-generational split-dollar after the Levine case, and review alternatives to split dollar arrangements.

      The ABA will seek 1.5 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 1.8 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states.
