      The panelists will discuss coverage of catastrophic risks and how the practitioner can coordinate with its insurer for adequate protection; current trends in endorsements and cases addressing a "physical loss or damage" needed for coverage under a business Interruption policy; and when to bring your Risk Manager or Insurance broker into your drafting.

      The ABA will seek 1.5 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 1.8 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states.
