In conjunction with the roll-out of the ABA Construction Forum's recently released update of its Construction Defects, Second Edition, attorneys practicing construction defect litigation will discuss the day-to-day concerns of a defect case, outlining the claims and defenses brought by Plaintiffs and Defendants in these complex cases. The panel will also touch on use of experts and alternative dispute resolution in this type of litigation, setting up for a second day which will cover insurance coverage analysis specifically in construction defect cases.

The ABA will seek 1.50 hours of General CLE credit in 60-minute states and 1.80 hours of General CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state���s approval and credit rounding rules.
