James Netto specializes in all areas of private and public children's law. He received instruction on the first Hague Abduction Convention case between Japan and the United Kingdom, the first reported case of a child being returned to Algeria, the first reported case of a child being returned to Sudan, and the first case concerning the Hague Child Protection Convention to reach the UK Supreme Court. James is a partner with the International Family Law Group in London.
Melissa Kucinski is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She has served on the last two delegations to the Special Commission meetings on the Hague Abduction and Child Protection Conventions. She is a member of the U.S. Secretary of State's Advisory Committee on Private International Law, and the Uniform Law Commission's Joint Editorial Board on Uniform Family Laws. Melissa is the owner of MK Family Law in Washington, D.C.
