    This is the first major overhaul of the Bank Secrecy Act ("BSA") in fifty years. The program will cover the expanded powers and duties of FinCen highlighting AML priorities and regulations, streamlining Currency Transaction Reporting ("CTR") , Suspicious Activity Reporting ("SAR"); the creation of a FinCEN Exchange; and inter-agency coordination and information sharing. The program will also cover the new federal beneficial ownership reporting regime creating a FinCEN beneficial ownership registry and new whistleblowing provisions provided for money laundering violations permitting a reward of up to 30 % of what has been collected as monetary sanctions.
