      Distressed Real Estate and Receivership - The Uniform Act and More

      In this program, commercial real estate receiverships will be evaluated through the lens of the Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act. The panel will discuss both the provisions of the uniform act and how it differs from the receivership laws of various states that have not adopted the act.
