The National Institute on the Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam Enforcement will bring together specialists from all areas—U.S. Department of Justice, state attorney general offices, leading defense and qui tam whistleblower firms—to discuss this ever-growing area of litigation and enforcement.

    • On December 2nd, learn about recent developments in liability, damages & penalties, and hear an expert prognosis on the view ahead.
    • On December 3rd, dig into the nuts and bolts of investigating, litigating, and settling an FCA case.
    • On December 4th, study developments and trends in healthcare, procurement, and loan & grant fraud, join a state FCA roundtable, and engage on ethics issues that can complicate FCA practice.
