    The Health Fraud Institute provides a rewarding educational experience for health care attorneys, regulators, compliance professionals, state and federal prosecutors and investigators, criminal defense attorneys, qui tam relators' counsel and consultants. It draws panelists, facilitators, and participants from each of these significant groups and offers unique opportunities to share experiences and concerns during various virtual opportunities.

    Sessions will occur on Wednesdays in November 2020:

    • November 4th, will feature expert panels reviewing health care fraud enforcement and False Claims Act legal developments.
    • November 11th, will provide a review of recent developments of the Anti-Kickback statute and guidance for enforcement and compliance in telehealth.
    • November 18th, will examine the efforts for combating the Covid-19 crises and hot topics in nursing home fraud and patient abuse cases.

    Each day will feature a three-hour block of CLE credits. Register for the entire Health Care Fraud series or each day separately.
