In-House Counsel Special Offer: The ABA is offering one complimentary registration per organization to in-house counsel . "In-house counsel" refers to a practicing lawyer whose primary responsibility is providing legal advice to the organization itself.

This conference started four years ago with the mission to provide education as well as practical guidance related to the often complicated issues of cross-border data transfers and the rapidly evolving areas of data-privacy, protection and security. While this year's conference in Amsterdam has been postponed until next year, we have put together a shorter, virtual program to continue our mission in the wake of Covid 19. The spirit of the program remains the same, and practitioners, regulators, and thought leaders will again come together for a meaningful dialogue between faculty and attendees. Highlights for this year’s program include data privacy considerations in a post-Schrems and post-Brexit Europe; managing employee privacy concerns; and a chance to hear directly from regulators.
