This conference started four years ago with the mission to provide education as well as practical guidance related to the often complicated issues of cross-border data transfers and the rapidly evolving areas of data-privacy, protection and security. Due to pandemic concerns, a shorter, virtual program is available to continue our mission in the wake of Covid 19. The spirit of the program remains the same, and practitioners, regulators, and thought leaders have again come together for a meaningful dialogue between faculty and attendees. Highlights for this year's program include data privacy considerations in a post-Schrems and post-Brexit Europe; managing employee privacy concerns; and a chance to hear directly from regulators.
This is a high-quality program designed to be accessible and interesting for all legal and privacy professionals alike and offering both CLE and CPE credit hours.
