New Mediation Webinar Series #3 of 6 -- When Participants Say “No” to a Joint Session: Lessons from the Left Coast

California and some other states have gained a reputation in the mediation community for shortcutting the key element of a true mediation:  the joint session.   This webinar will offer constructive guidelines to effective mediation - sharing perspectives, hearing the other sides' interests and views, without a conventional "all hands" meeting.   This will not be a debate, but rather a peek into what makes these mediations successful and how to get to "yes" without a joint session where the parties are resistant or refuse to come together during the mediation process.
