    The 2017 Tax Act and Its Impact on Corporate Transactions

    This webcast will address how the 2017 Tax Act (commonly referred to as the “TCJA”) may impact corporate transactions including considerations associated with M&A planning and internal restructurings. The panel will discuss topics including the impact of the new section 163(j) interest expense limitation on financing, considerations associated with the new section 168(k) expensing rules, and changes to the utilization of net operating losses for corporate taxpayers. The panel will discuss these topics, among others, primarily through examples.
