Tax Reform: The International Tax Provisions

    1 PM EST

This webinar will discuss the international tax provisions in the House and Senate proposals for business tax reform. The House and Senate Bills would both move the United States more toward a territorial system; but as a necessary consequence, both proposals would also introduce new base erosion protections and limitations on interest deductibility. Conceptually, the House and Senate Bills are similar, but there are significant differences between their approaches to these issues. Danielle Rolfes of KPMG, Josh Odintz of Baker McKenzie and Paul Schmidt of BakerHostetler will walk through the key international provisions of both Bills, highlighting the similarities and differences in the specific provisions and commenting on the many open questions that remain.

    Danielle Rolfes, KPMG, Washington, DC

Joshua Odintz, Baker McKenzie, Washington, DC

    Paul Schmidt, BakerHostetler, Washington, DC
