Holding Company Jurisdictions for Investments in Latin America - What You Need To Know Now
1 PM GMT
Latin America has been a strong pole of attraction for international investors and corporate groups. These include many US MNCs which hold, manage and control their operations in the region either directly from the US or through holding companies established in different jurisdictions. In recent years, some European countries have stood out as jurisdictions of choice to establish regional holding companies for Latin America. These include The Netherlands, Switzerland or Spain and, to a lesser extent, Luxembourg. This webinar will provide an update on the holding company tax regimes in these countries, including an educated comparison as well as the pros and cons to remark for each of them when holding and conducting operations in Latin America.
