    Issues and implications related to the U.S. Supreme Court’s latest decision on enforceability of arbitration clauses. The presenters will discuss the Imburgia decision in conjunction with other relevant cases and issues related to mandatory arbitration clauses in consumer contracts.

     

    Prof. Szalai will explain the deeper implications of this case and how this case can impact every arbitration clause.  He will also heavily criticize the decision as deeply flawed and explain why this case turns arbitration law upside-down.
