    Kick-Starting an Arbitration: Determining an Arbitrator’s Authority and Disclosures
    This webinar will cover the sources of authority for an arbitrator, the role of the arbitrator, and will cover what the parties and the arbitrator must do up to the point of the initial status conference.  Included will be the alternatives in selecting the arbitration forum, the service provider, or whether it will be an ad hoc arbitration, and what disclosures must be made by arbitrators prior to acceptance of appointment.  Insight and best practices will be given both from the vantage point of an arbitrator as well as from advocates in arbitration.
