    The American Bar Association, Public Contract Law Section?s Small Business Committee is hosting our annual judges panel and discussion with insights on small business procedures, case law, and recent decisions at the Small Business Administration, Office of Hearings and Appeals, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Federal Aviation Administration, Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition, and the U.S. Government Accountability Office related to small business government contractors. The panel discussion will be followed by an opportunity for audience Q&A.

    Our esteemed panelists are:

    • Judge Christopher Holleman, Administrative Judge, Small Business Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals;
    • Judge Matthew Solomson, U.S. Court of Federal Claims;
    • Edward Goldstein, Managing Associate General Counsel for Procurement Law, U.S. Government Accountability Office; and
    • Judge C. Scott Maravilla, Dispute Resolution Officer and Administrative judge, Federal Aviation Administration Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition


    The panel will be moderated by Dan Ramish, Counsel, Haynes Boone.
