Guidelines on Eldercaring Coordination were developed through the collaboration of 20 organizations in the US (including two sections of the ABA) and Canada, as well as 20 statewide entities in Florida convened by the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) and the Florida Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (FLAFCC).

Join Linda Fieldstone, Co-Chair of the Elder Justice Initiative on Eldercaring Coordination, to hear about Florida's statute, Ohio's Rule, and South Australia's pilot on eldercaring coordination, and hear about the benefits of the process for elders, their families, attorneys and guardians, and the court. More information is at your fingertips at eldercaringcoordination.com.

Please view the 5 minute video funded by the American Arbitration Association International Center on Dispute Resolution Foundation on the homepage of the Eldercaring Coordination website.
