    This is Day One of the ABA International Law Section's Institute for New International Family Lawyers annual Learning the Fundamentals for Your International Family Law Practice. Program Chairs include Ines Amar and Bailee Brumfield.

     

    Day One includes two sessions: Jurisdiction and Litigation.The session on Jurisdiction will begin at 12:00 pm ET and finish 1:10 pm ET.After a 10-minute break, the session on Litigation will begin at 1:20 pm and close at 2:30 pm ET.

     

    The content of this program does not meet requirements for continuing legal education (CLE) accreditation. You will not receive CLE credit for participating. Any attendee can request a certificate of Attendance.
