On October 26, 2018, three foreign exhange traders prevailed against the Department of Justice by winning acquittal of criminal antitrust charges after a five year investigation and prosecution.  The two-week trial featured interbank chats, audio files, voluminous data extracts, and testimony from several individuals including experts, customers, and a cooperating witness.  On January 22, 2019 the Criminal & Cartel Practice and Trial Practice Committees are pleased to co-sponsor a discussion with trial attorneys from the Forex case, including lawyers for all three defendants as well as the cooperating witness.
