Antitrust Trials: Tips and Tricks From Outside Counsel

    12 PM EST

This program would walk participants through the major portions of a trial--jury selection, openings, examinations, and closings--and offer insights on how one should prepare for these in an antitrust case specifically. The speakers are experienced antitrust litigators and have practical examples to share from their cases.  This would be a great educational program for young lawyers as well as more experienced practitioners who have limited trial experience, and would also be a great prelude to the Spring Meeting mock trial. We would recruit panelists who would meet the diversity requirements, and would be willing to speak to current antitrust trial events as well.

    Moderator:  David Reichenberg, Cozen O'Connor

    Speakers:

    David I. Gelfand, Cleary Gottlieb
William A. Isaacson, Boies Schiller Flexner
Shari Ross Lahlou, Crowell & Morning
    Richard G. Parker, Gibson Dunn
