Health Care and Pharmaceuticals: Recent International Developments
11 AM EST
Join us for our next installment of International Antitrust Developments Initiative, a series of semiannual programs on antitrust developments in health care and pharmaceuticals outside of the U.S. The program on will cover enforcement developments in merger control, restrictive agreements, and abuse of dominance in Europe, Chile, Japan and China for the most recent quarter. Approaching antitrust issues from a global perspective is especially important in these markets, as companies deal with many of the same core antitrust issues inside and outside of the U.S., but are often subject to varying standards and levels of enforcement.
