This half-hour program, the first in a series of post-“GDPR Day” programs from the PRIS Committee, includes a discussion with a GDPR expert touching on topics, confusion, and challenges relating to the threshold question for all companies assessing their GDPR compliance obligations: is it a Controller or Processor of the personal data?
