International Antitrust Developments in Health Care and Pharmaceuticals: November 2017 through May 2018

    12 PM EDT

Join us for the next installment of the International Antitrust Developments Initiative, a series of semiannual programs on antitrust developments in health care and pharmaceuticals outside of the U.S., co-sponsored by the Health Care and Pharmaceuticals Committee and international Committee.  This program will cover enforcement developments in merger control, restrictive agreements, and abuse of dominance in Europe, China and Brazil from November 2017 through May 2018.  Approaching antitrust issues from a global perspective is especially important in these markets, as companies deal with many of the same core antitrust issues inside and outside of the U.S., but are often subjects to varying standards and levels of enforcement.  This presentation will provide in-house, government, and external antitrust practitioners with an overview of major recent developments.

For information about our Committee membership, please contact Philip Nelson (nelson.p@ei.com) and Jeffrey Brennan (jbrennan@mwe.com).  You can also visit our LinkeIn Page:  ABA Health Care and Pharmaceuticals Committee.
