The New Tax Act for Foreign Businesses With U.S. Activities

    12 PM EDT

Unlike many programs that others are conducting on the new Tax Act, this program will focus on the inbound provisions. Attorneys whose foreign business clients have U.S. activities must understand these rules to properly advise their clients. These inbound rules will focus on the Base Erosion Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT), the rules against interest deductibility, the sale of partnership interests, and more. The speakers will provide an explanation of the law and practical planning tips.

This non-CLE program is teleconference only.

Moderator and Speaker: Robert Misey, Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren

    Speakers:

    • Pamela A. Fuller, Royse Law Firm
