    A number of courts around the world have recently issued important decisions in various FRAND disputes, particularly on the availability of injunctive relief and valuation of standard-essential patents. A panel of experts—including the Beijing High People’s Court Judge who decided the Sony v. IWNCOMM case, one of the economic experts in the Chinese Huawei v.
