    The Senate Commerce Committee recently convened a hearing examining reform proposals to improve fairness, innovation, and consumer welfare, building on reform bills pending in the House of Representatives and recommendations of the ABA’s Antitrust Section Presidential Transition Report.  This program will explore the various reform recommendations and discuss current reform initiatives at the FTC.
