International Antitrust Developments: April 2017 through October 2017
12 PM EST
Join us for the fifth installment of the International Antitrust Developments Initiative, a series of semiannual programs on antitrust developments in health care and pharmaceuticals outside of the U.S. The program on November 29, 2017, presented by Cleary Gottlieb, will cover enforcement developments in merger control, restrictive agreements, and abuse of dominance in Europe and in China from April 2017 through October 2017. Approaching antitrust issues from a global perspective is especially important in these markets, as companies deal with many of the same core antitrust issues inside and outside of the U.S., but are often subject to varying standards and levels of enforcement. This presentation aims to provide in-house and external antitrust practitioners with an overview of major recent developments.
