This program will provide insights on recent merger review in China including merger remedies, economic analysis, procedures, coordination across multiple jurisdictions and inter-agency collaboration. Our panel consists of China experts from government, economists, and practitioners from multinational and local law firms. They will share experiences and best practices for working with the Chinese regulators and discuss how to coordinate an effective and coherent global strategy on antitrust issues when doing business in China.
