The Nuts and Bolts of Reverse Payments.

    12 PM EDT

Through this Nuts & Bolts program we will walk through the fundamentals of and key developments in reverse payments. We will begin by spending approximately 15 minutes providing an overview of reverse payments, including the state of the law pre-Actavis, and the Actavis decision itself. We will then discuss recent developments, including recent decisions in the Wellbutrin, Lidoderm, and Effexor/Lipitor cases. We will then highlight cases that have gone to trial, including Nexium and Provigil. Finally, we will discuss the economics of reverse payments, including economic incentives for reverse payments and how to estimate damages. We will close with questions and answers.
